All of our batteries come with a 1-year full warranty and a 2-year limited warranty. This means that if your battery fails due to a manufacturer defect within the first year of use, we'll exchange or repair it free of charge. If your battery fails due to a manufacturer defect within the second year of use, we'll repair or replace it at a discounted rate. Please note that our warranties do not cover physical or water damage.

For all other products, we offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects. If your product fails due to a manufacturer defect within the first 90 days of use, we'll replace it free of charge. Please note that this warranty does not cover physical or water damage.

If you believe that your product is covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team to start the warranty process. We'll ask you to provide us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Once we receive this information, we'll provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us for inspection.

After we receive your product, we'll inspect it to determine whether it's covered by our warranty. If it is, we'll issue a warranty replacement or repair. If it's not covered by our warranty, we'll contact you to discuss your options.
