Right to Refuse Service Policy

At Affordable EBikes / Electric Bike Laboratory, we are committed to providing helpful, professional, and respectful service to all customers.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion in situations including, but not limited to:

• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful communication toward staff
• Harassment or excessive, unreasonable demands
• Failure to follow store policies or safety requirements
• Behavior that disrupts operations or negatively impacts other customers

We aim to work with all customers in good faith and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns where possible.

We do not refuse service based on any protected grounds, including but not limited to disability, race, gender, religion, or other characteristics protected under applicable human rights laws.

Decisions to refuse or discontinue service are based solely on conduct and business considerations.
